We currently do not have a reverse pick-up facility available, so you will have to ship the product back to us.
We do a thorough quality check before dispatching any product but if by chance a damaged piece is received, we will exchange the same for you. The new product will be shipped within 3 to 4 working days.
Products purchased during offers/sale days or from the offer zone will not be exchanged.
The color of the piping may vary subject to availability. However, be rest assured the best match will only be used.
Order once placed will not be canceled as we try and process the orders as soon as they’re received.
We currently do not have a refund policy.
